If an item doesn’t function properly, it can be returned in the original packaging (including any manuals, cables or accessories in working, sellable condition). Any item that has been opened and damaged, not in its original new condition may be refused.
*Video Game Systems have a 3 Business Day Warranty Against Defect Only. Customer must notify Sunken Treasures Games via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and arrange to bring/send system in for inspection. We will not accept returns of systems that have been opened, modified, or are in lesser condition than when purchased. If the system is determined to be defective, in-store-credit will be offered towards next purchase.
Items Purchased Online may be brought to the store (1341-B George Washington Way, Richland WA 99354) during normal business hours or shipped (at customer’s expense) to the same address. In order to stay within the warranty timeline when shipping items, email us at email@example.com with “RETURN REQUEST #order-number,” waiting for an email approving the request before shipping. Once shipped, the tracking number shall be provided to Sunken Treasures Games. Store credit will be applied once the item has been received and inspected.
